PLA

Strong and rigid, but slightly brittle. Great all-around prototyping material with a slightly glossy look. An eco-friendly plant-based polymer that's not only biodegradable but is even compostable. Great all-around prototyping material derived from renewable resources.

Build Envelope: 11.75" x 11.75" x 12"

CARBON FIBER HTPLA

Carbon Fiber HTPLA is a biodegradable plastic with carbon fiber particles. Ensures better mechanical properties (more rigid) and the HTPLA formula can be annealed in a lab furnace to enhance part strength.

Build Envelope: N/A

CHEETAH

Flexible, durable and abrasion resistant plastic with impact strength 84% greater than ABS. Ideal for seals, plugs, hinges, sleeves & snap-fit parts. Chemical resistant to many materials, including naphtha, ASTM Oils #1-3, petroleum, and freon. Shore Hardness: 95A.

Build Envelope: 9.25" x 5.25" x 6"

SEMIFLEX

A thermoplastic material with elastic properties. It has slightly less flexibility than regular Cheetah. Chemical resistant to many materials, including naphtha, ASTM Oils #1-3, petroleum, and freon. Shore Hardness: 98A.

Build Envelope: 9.25" x 5.25" x 6"

TAULMAN 910

A nylon alternative to Polycarbonate with high strength, stiffness, and durability. Ideal for parts subject to stress and impact or repeated flexing.

Build Envelope: 5"x 5" 5"

XT

A copolyester made from Amphora 3D Polymer. It has high strength, very high toughness and high-temperature resistance making it ideal for printing functional and engineering parts.

Build Envelope: 8" x 8" x 8"

ABS

A very strong and durable plastic that is slightly flexible and resistant to heat. It is easily sanded and machined, making it ideal for prototyping and mechanical uses.

Build Envelope: 9.5" x 7.5" x 8"

ASA

A material very similar to that of ABS, but with inherent UV resistance as well. It is easily sanded and machined, making it ideal for prototyping and mechanical uses.

Build Envelope: 9.5" x 7.5" x 8"

PETG

A transparent material with slight flex, toughness and has high impact strength. It is recyclable and exhibits a low shrink rate.

Build Envelope: 11.75" x 11.75" x 12"

PRICING

MATERIAL CONSUMPTION

Material consumption is calculated on the material-type selected, then the cm3 volume of the provided 3D models (*.stl, *.obj), plus any additional support material required for print success. (All support structures are removed prior to order fulfillment)

SETUP FEES

  • For orders consisting of parts that will be printed in a single material and color, a single setup fee will be applied regardless of how many parts are parts are included in the order.
  • For orders consisting of parts that will have a mix of materials and/ or colors, a setup fee will be applied to each material and/ or color requested for the order.
